The top of the unit was damaged in shipping – this damage is COSMETIC ONLY – does not affect functionality whatsoever. As you can see in the photos, the dented portion of the unit only affected the sheet metal – there were no components or parts behind the affected sheet metal. The compressor, control panel, and all other components are unaffected and working. We plugged-in the unit for three days to ensure functionality, and the unit worked perfectly. Date of manufacture is 03-31-22. Unit is still on the original manufacturer pallet. Everything as-seen in the photos is included (keys, paperwork, etc.). All serial numbers are intact, but obscured in the photos.???
