Greenough & Co. Boston.835 pages. Book is approx. 6″ x 9 3/8″. Map is approx. 30″ x 21″.Condition:Some wear, soiling and scuffing to boards, tears to paper at edges of boards. One 3/4″ tear to cloth at top spine-end. Cloth frayed at very bottom edge of spine. Boards are loose. Pages lightly toned, edges of page block are browned. Interior of boards have tears along gutter. A few small nicks and creases. The next to the last page has two small chips and creases at right edge. Book is in good condition.Map is lightly toned. Map has a 3 1/2″ tear at left edge and a small tear at one fold intersection. Map has creases. Map is in good condition.???
